Please read these terms carefully before using our service. By using EverFold, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Service Overview
EverFold provides a service that converts user-uploaded photos into colouring book pages. Our service includes image processing, book customization, printing, and shipping to eligible locations.
By using our service, you acknowledge that the final product may vary from the preview shown on our website. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in printing and processing are normal.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use and upload any images submitted to our service. You must not upload any content that infringes on intellectual property rights or contains inappropriate material.
You agree to provide accurate information for shipping and billing purposes. False or inaccurate information may result in order cancellation.
3. Prohibited Content
You must not upload or include any of the following content in your colouring books:
- Profanity: Content containing profane or 'swear' words in the title, text, or images. This does not include incidental use of profane language when used in the context of an extract from a classical piece of literature (e.g., a Shakespeare play).
- Pornography and gratuitous nudity: Scenes of pornography or gratuitous nudity. This does not include scientific anatomical drawings or images reflected in classical works of art. Any image of a sexual nature that would not generally be regarded as suitable for children under 18 years of age is prohibited.
- Violence: Scenes of violence. This does not include images of battles and fighting that are clearly identified as based on historic events, religious stories, or dramatic works.
- Illegal acts: Content depicting illegal acts such as theft, assault, drug taking, or robbery. This list is not exhaustive. This does not include images clearly identified as based on historic events, religious stories, or dramatic works.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing prohibited content.
4. Privacy & Data Usage
We handle your personal data and uploaded content in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to our data collection and processing practices.
Your uploaded images are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of creating your colouring book. We do not share or sell your images to third parties.
We use operational monitoring and analytics tools, including Datadog Real User Monitoring (RUM), to measure performance, detect errors, and improve reliability. These tools may collect technical data about your device, browser, pages viewed, and interaction events. We configure these tools to mask user inputs by default and not to capture payment card details. For details and your choices, please see our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to process, store, and modify your images for the purpose of providing our services.
The converted colouring books generated by our service are for your personal use. While you own the rights to your final colouring books, our processing algorithms and the technology used to create these books remain the intellectual property of EverFold.
6. Payment Terms
We use Stripe as our payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All payments are processed securely through Stripe's platform.
Charges are billed at the rates in effect at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services at any time. Price changes will not affect previous purchases.
7. Returns & Refunds
Printing Defects: We take pride in the quality of our products. If your colouring book arrives with a printing defect (such as misprints, missing pages, smudged ink, or binding issues), please contact us within 14 days from the date of dispatch. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the defect when contacting us.
Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch. We will investigate with our shipping partner and, where appropriate, offer a goodwill replacement to ensure you receive your colouring book.
Custom Products: As each colouring book is uniquely created from your personal photos, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind. Every book is made-to-order specifically for you, which means we cannot resell returned items. Please review your images and book preview carefully before completing your purchase.
Image Quality: We do not accept refunds based on the choice or quality of images uploaded by customers. This includes screenshots containing device frames (such as iPhone frames with visible time, date, or menu elements), poor quality images, or any other image-related issues. Our preview system shows you exactly how your images will appear in the final product, and books are printed as-is based on your uploaded content.

8. Shipping & Delivery
Untracked Shipping: Some of our shipping options are untracked services. Untracked shipping does not guarantee delivery, and we are unable to provide proof of delivery or track the location of your parcel once dispatched.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you upon dispatch from our printing facility. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. In cases of non-delivery, we may offer a goodwill reprint at our sole discretion, but this is not guaranteed
Carrier Delays: Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping partners (including Royal Mail and other carriers). Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of EverFold. We cannot be held liable for late deliveries or losses caused by carrier issues.
If you require guaranteed delivery or tracking, please select a tracked shipping option at checkout where available.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or through our website.
