The colouring book I ordered arrived today and it is absolutely brilliant! The quality of the drawings is very good indeed, and the recipient is going to be over the moon. Brilliant product, quick delivery. I would absolutely recommend this company.
If I’m honest, I was initially doubtful about this company as I am generally suspicious of ads on Facebook, but I went for it and I am so glad I did. I cannot praise Everfold enough, for the quality of the product and especially for the customer service. My order went astray, not helped by Royal Mail, and when I contacted Everfold, Jon immediately replied, at 11pm (!) to let me know that he would have a second order printed and posted using a courier for no charge. This arrived very promptly and the communication was first rate. I’m already planning my next order. Many thanks and well done Jon; this sort of service is rare these days.
What a great customer service, I left an important photograph out of my photo colouring book which I had already approved. I emailed them not expecting to hear for a day two they actually got back to me straight away . Jon sent me a link to add my forgotten photo . Sadly I had trouble ( I’m not great with this stuff)I emailed again telling him I’m having problems editing the book , Jon told me to send the photo via email which I did and he kindly added it for me . This all took place this evening , once again thank you Jon also the colouring book is fabulous which is on special offer at the moment
Wow. I placed my first order and was extremely pleased! In our current society, it seems like good customer service and quality products are hard to find. It’s not often that I write a review rating a company with 5 stars! From the ordering process to receipt of products, I couldn’t be happier. A few minutes after I placed my order online, I realized I had made a mistake and emailed the company. They responded almost immediately and communicated with me until everything was as I wanted. Also, I received my product so fast. I will recommend this company to others and will definitely order again myself!
