Honestly this is one of the best personalised gifts I've bought for family! I ordered a colouring book for my daughters birthday and was so happy when it arrived. The quality was exceptional and it is such a unique present, I know my daughter will love it. I did, however notice that I had made a spelling mistake on the front cover, I emailed customer support late in the evening and received a prompt response the following morning to advise that, although it is against their policy to reprint books where customers make errors, they will do it for me, to enable my daughter to have a perfect book. This is first class service and I cannot recommend highly enough.
I placed an order for a colouring book, however the next day realised the photos I had chosen were too narrow for the pages.I emailed Everfold and within minutes Jon emailed me back. He had looked at my order and agreed the photos would not be the best. He was so helpful and advised me to do another colouring book with different photos. He put this new order through for me and arranged it to be sent out 1st class.The book arrived and it was amazing, its for my son and I know he will love it. The customer service is the best I've ever received and Jon and Everfold so deserve the 5 star review.
