Which payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe for online payments. At checkout, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also offered when your device, browser, and region support them.

Is checkout safe on EverFold?

Yes. Our safe checkout is protected by HTTPS with 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, which helps protect personal and payment data while it is transmitted.

We do not store full card details on EverFold servers. Card processing is handled by Stripe in a PCI DSS-compliant environment.

How does secure photo upload work?

Your secure photo upload session uses HTTPS encryption in transit. Uploaded photos are used to create your colouring book and to provide order support.

What is your refund policy?

Each book is custom-made from your photos, so we cannot offer refunds for change of mind. If there is a print defect, damage, or delivery issue, please contact hello@everfold.co.uk within 14 days and we will help resolve it.
