Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales

Counter-notifications should be sent to the same DMCA agent address above.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We may also remove or disable access to content that we determine in our sole discretion to be infringing.

User Content and Copyright

When users upload photos to create colouring books through our service, they retain ownership of their original images. By using our service, users grant us a limited licence to process their images solely for the purpose of creating their ordered products.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any images they upload. This includes:

• Photos they have taken themselves
• Photos they have permission to use
• Photos that do not infringe on third-party copyrights

We do not claim ownership of user-uploaded images beyond the limited licence necessary to provide our services.

Processing Time

We aim to respond to DMCA notices within 2-5 business days. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Before submitting a notice, please consider whether the use of the material may constitute fair use under copyright law.
